Refunds We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund, please contact us at contacttailsandtable@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the order has shipped
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Returns Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — no need to send anything back.
